FROM DOWNLOAD TO FIRST LOGIN

Your path into
the realm.

Follow these steps once the official client is available. Keep the complete game folder together, and use the instructions included with the release.

    Create your account

    Register your PantheonMu account. If you already have one, make sure you can sign in before setting up the game.

    Get the full client

    Use the official client link above when it is available. Allow the download to finish before opening the package.

  3. 03

    Prepare the game folder

    If the client is a ZIP archive, right-click it and choose Extract All. Extract the entire package into one folder. If an installer is supplied, follow its instructions.

    Launch your saga

    Open the launcher named in the release instructions from the installed or extracted folder. Let any updates finish, then sign in to the game.

Why is the download button unavailable?

The official client URL has not been published on this page yet. Check our Discord for release announcements. The button will become available when the official link is added.

The archive will not open or extract.

Check that the download finished and that your drive has room for the extracted files. For a ZIP archive, use Extract All in Windows. If the file is reported as incomplete or damaged, download a fresh copy from the official source once available.

The launcher does not start.

Open it from the complete game folder, not from inside an archive. Confirm that extraction or installation has finished and follow the package’s release instructions. If Windows displays a warning, share its exact wording with the team before proceeding.

I see a missing DLL or runtime error.

Note the exact missing filename and ask the team which runtime the client requires. For Microsoft Visual C++ components, use Microsoft’s official installer with the version and architecture required by the game.

The game cannot connect to the realm.

Check your internet connection and the realm status. Make sure the launcher has completed any updates. If the issue continues, tell the team when it happened and include the error message without your password.

Confirmed hardware requirements, supported Windows versions and installation size have not been published with a client release yet. We will add those details when they are available.
